All our offerings — including chapter-wise tests, full syllabus tests, performance reports, and personalized analysis — are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You have purchased a test series or subscription and accessed the content.
You change your mind after the payment.
You expected a different style or content than what was available.
Technical difficulties at your end (device/browser issues).
A refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same purchase.
Payment Failure: Your account was debited but access was not provided.
Technical Error on Our Side: The service was not delivered due to system failure.

Reason for refund
Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed and Credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
